National and international transfer processes

It is addressed to applicants coming from other universities or superior education centers who want to join this university in order to complete their studies and to graduate from our institution.

To be elligible for transfer, the applicants shall meet the following requirements:
  • Having earned at least 36 academic credits or the equivalent to two cycles or a complete year in other superior education centers.
  • In her official transcript, there should not be any failed subject related to the study program of the School she is applying to.
  • Not having been subject to suspension at the previous institution due to academic or behavioral issues.
  • Pass the individual exam established by the corresponding School.
  • Copy of the foreign ID and/or passport (in the case of international transfer)
Afterwards, the applicant shall comply with the following procedure:

Take these documents to the Admissions Office:
  • Academic transcripts from the previous institution (original and simple copy).
  • Copies of the syllabus of every subject. They shall be signed and sealed by the School issuing them and endorsed by the University notary.(Secretary General)
  • Certification of not having been subject to suspension due to academic or behavioural issues.
  • Original Birth Certificate issued less than 5 years ago.
  • A simple copy of the ID (D.N.I)
  • Police Record Certificate
  • Four 3 x 5 cm pictures, white background (no snapshots)
  • Receipt of Enrollment Payment
  • In case of a transfer from a foreign university, all the documents shall be endorsed by the Peruvian Consulate of the corresponding country and authenticated by the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If necessary, these documents shall enclose an official translation into Spanish.
Once these documents have been checked by the Admissions Office, the applicants may take them to the Document Filing Desk enclosing an application addressed to the Admissions Commission (in a established format)
